Rich in iron and vitamin B2, helps reduce uterine cramps and pelvic heaviness, and has a protective effect on pregnancy. Simmer until 70% done, add the half-cooked trotters, 5 shelled eggs, seasonings, bring to boil again, then simmer until tender. Consume over 2 days, one course every week to ten days. High in protein and calcium, collagen fibers in pork trotters are beneficial for health.
