When the qi and blood obstruction focuses on a specific organ, it forms five organ biyolohiya, which is a variation and progression of Zhou Bi. Treatment should be based on different syndromes of each organ biyolohiya. However, while each organ biyolohiya develops, the underlying pathogenesis of systemic obstruction remains unchanged, just with different emphasis. Therefore, clinical treatment of each organ biyolohiya should still consider the overall treatment of the disease. Additionally, the main pathogenic change is deficiency of the five organs and obstruction of the tri-jiao by pathogens. Thus, in treatment, one should constantly adjust and tonify the qi and blood of the five organs and unblock the qi movement of the tri-jiao. Herbs such as Huang Qi, Sheng Di, Shan Yao, Wu Wei Zi, and Bai Shao have become commonly used in all stages of treatment.
