7. Carrot Pancake
[Composition] 150 grams of white carrot, 150 grams of flour, 60 grams of lean pork, and appropriate amounts of ginger, scallion oil, salt, etc.
[Preparation] Wash and shred the carrot. Stir-fry with bean oil until half-cooked, set aside. Chop the pork, mix with shredded carrot to make filling. Mix flour with water to form dough, divide into small portions, flatten into discs, fill with carrot mixture, and fry on a griddle until golden brown.

8. Clear Steamed Beef and Carrot Soup
[Ingredients] 2000 grams of beef (fatty and lean), 1000 grams of white carrot, 2 cloves of scallion, appropriate amount of fine salt and yellow wine.
[Preparation] Wash the beef, drain, and cut into large chunks. Wash the carrot, peel, clean again, and cut into dice. Heat oil in a wok, add 2 spoons of vegetable oil. Heat oil over high flame, add beef, stir-fry for 5 minutes, add 4 spoons of yellow wine, then stew for 10 minutes until fragrant. Transfer to a large clay pot, add enough cold water to cover the beef. Continue boiling over high heat, add 2 scallion knots and 1 spoon of yellow wine, then reduce heat and simmer slowly for about 3 hours until the beef is tender and easily chewable. Add the carrot, sprinkle 1 spoon of fine salt (preferably light), and continue simmering for 1 hour until both beef and carrot are fully cooked. Remove from heat.

9. Carrot Rice
[Composition] 5 large carrots, 50 grams of glutinous rice.
[Preparation] Boil the carrots until soft, extract the juice, and cook with glutinous rice to make porridge.

10. Carrot Tea
[Composition] 5 grams of tea leaves, 100 grams of white carrot, 6 grams of ginger.
