Tremella Jelly

[Raw Materials] Tremella 10 grams, egg 1 piece, rock sugar 60 grams, lard in appropriate amount.
[Preparation] Soak tremella, remove stems, pick out impurities, wash thoroughly, add water, bring to a boil quickly, then simmer until tender. Add rock sugar and stir until dissolved. Whisk egg white with a little water, pour into the pot, simmer gently until boiling, then add a small amount of cooked lard before serving.
