Now I feel much better and still do three rounds daily.Method: Every morning, slap both ears 100 times with both palms. At noon, pinch the earlobe and surrounding areas until the ear feels warm. At night, rub both ears gently with a warm towel, 40 times up and down. Replace the towel when it cools. This also helps prevent colds.The ears contain many acupoints connected via meridians to the entire body. Thus, morning slapping, noon pinching, and evening rubbing can strengthen the body and treat illness—ideal for elderly or frail individuals.
