Recipe 5: Soak sea dog kidney in wine, mash, mix with glutinous rice and yeast to make wine, take two spoonfuls twice a day; or one sea dog kidney, 15 grams of ginseng, 50 grams of yam (first soak the sea dog kidney in wine, slice it), soaked in one kilogram of rice wine or baijiu for one month, then drink two spoonfuls twice a day.
Recipe 6: 4–5 pieces of winter-cold grass, 500 grams of chicken (use lean meat if chicken is not preferred), stewed until soft, then eaten; or 10–15 grams of winter-cold grass, one fresh placenta, steamed over water until cooked, eaten.
Recipe 7: 30 grams of goji berries, one pigeon, plucked and gutted, placed in a bowl with water, steamed over water until cooked, eat the meat and drink the soup.
Recipe 8: One male chicken, gutted, stir-fried with oil and a little salt, placed in a large bowl with 500 grams of glutinous rice wine, steamed over water until cooked and eaten.
