Double Aconite Flower Wine [Drug Composition] Raw Sichuan aconite 12g, raw aconite 12g, Sichuan pepper 12g, Honghua 12g, Tu Bie Chong 12g, Chuan Shan Jia 12g, Wu Jia Pi 30g, Qianghuo 20g, Duhuo 20g Yellow wine 500ml Additions: For upper limb symptoms, add Sangzhi 12g, Jianghuang 15g; for lower limb symptoms, add Chuan Niuxi 12g; for sciatica, add processed Machaunzi 9g, one small white flowered snake; for osteoarthritis, add Lu Jiao Shuang 15g, Lu Xian Cao 15g; for traumatic arthritis, add Sanqi 10g, Xuejie 6g. [Function and Indications] Expels wind, dispels cold, removes dampness, unblocks meridians, promotes blood flow, and relieves pain. Mainly used for various types of wind-cold-damp bi syndrome (acute and chronic rheumatoid arthritis, rheumatic inflammation). [Usage and Dosage] Oral intake, three times daily, 5–10ml each time. One course lasts 15 days; after completion, stop for three days before starting the next course. [Preparation Method] Soak the above herbs in yellow wine. Soak for five days in summer, seven days in winter, then transfer the infusion into bottles and seal for storage.
