Paggamot ng TCM
(1) Wet-heat obstruction: abdominal pain, diarrhea, bloody stools with mucus, dark red like jam, foul smell, anal burning sensation, short and red urine, yellow greasy coating, slippery and rapid pulse.
Paglilinang: Clear heat, remove dampness, promote qi movement, activate blood.
Preskripsyon: Bai Shao 12g, Dang Gui 10g, Mu Xiang 10g, Bin Lang 10g, Lian Qiao 10g, Huang Lian 10g, Sheng Da Huang 8g, Rou Gui 3g, Sheng Gan Cao 6g, Ya Dan Zi 5g.
(2) Epidemic toxin in intestines: fresh red blood and pus in stool, severe abdominal pain, or high fever, thirst, headache, restlessness, red-purple tongue, yellow dry coating, slippery and rapid pulse.
Paglilinang: Clear heat, cool blood, detoxify, clear turbidity.
Preskripsyon: Bai Tou Weng 10g, Huang Lian 10g, Huang Bai 10g, Qin Pi 10g, Ya Dan Zi 5g, Huang Qin 10g, Jin Yin Hua 12g, Di Yu 10g, Dan Pi 10g, Xue Jie 3g.
Generic medicine: Shen Xi Dan.
(3) Severe heat toxin: pus and blood in stool, extremely foul smell, abdominal pain, hard mass in abdomen, painful upon pressure, chills, high fever, red tongue with yellow greasy coating, slippery and rapid or string-like rapid pulse.
Paglilinang: Clear heat, detoxify, activate blood, expel pus.
Preskripsyon: Jin Yin Hua 10g, Chi Shao 10g, Dang Gui 10g, Huang Lian 10g, Huang Qin 10g, Mu Xiang 10g, Zhi Zi 10g, Gan Cao 6g, Zao Xiu 10g, Bai Jiang Cao 12g, Yi Yi Ren 10g.
Generic medicine: Zi Xue Dan.
(4) Deficient-cold dysentery: chronic diarrhea, loose stool with white mucus, foul smell, or uncontrollable bowel movements, or dull abdominal pain, poor appetite, fatigue, pale face, weak pulse, thin white coating.
Paglilinang: Warm the spleen and kidneys, consolidate and prevent collapse.
Preskripsyon: Ren Shen 6g, Bai Zhu 10g, He Zi 6g, Ying Su Ke 6g, Rou Gui 3g, Dang Gui 10g, Bai Shao 10g, Mu Xiang 10g, Rou Dou Kou 10g, Pao Jiang 6g, Sheng Gan Cao 6g, Shi Liu Pi 10g, Shen Qu 10g.

[Prevention and Care]
