Fresh cuttlefish meat 250 grams, 15 grams of peach kernels, sapat na wine, soy sauce, sugar. Wash and clean the cuttlefish meat, cut into strips. Wash and de-skin the peach kernels. Place cuttlefish meat in a pot with peach kernels and water, bring to a boil over high heat, then add wine, soy sauce, sugar, and simmer over low heat until tender.
This formula has the effect of nourishing blood and regulating menstruation. Suitable for blood deficiency leading to amenorrhea.
This formula comes from "Luchuan Bencao," originally used for "female amenorrhea," and is a representative formula for treating blood deficiency amenorrhea. When blood deficiency fails to nourish the Chong and Ren vessels, the blood sea becomes empty, resulting in amenorrhea. The main ingredient, cuttlefish meat, is a living substance rich in blood, highly effective in nourishing blood and regulating menstruation; peach kernels serve as auxiliary, promoting blood circulation and regulating menstruation. Together, they both nourish blood and promote blood flow, with nourishing blood being primary, thus suitable for amenorrhea due to blood deficiency with stagnation, and pure blood deficiency amenorrhea.
