【Alternate Names】Moon White Pearl Powder (as recorded in "The Great Compendium of Surgery", Volume 1).
【Composition】Blue Indigo Flower 1.5 grams (if unavailable, substitute with first-cut indigo flower, though less effective than vat-dyed flower), Pearl 3 grams (boiled in tofu for several boils, ground until no sound is heard), Genuine Light Powder 30 grams
【Usage】Grind the three ingredients finely like flour, then store in a jar. For early-stage syphilis with skin damage, apply directly and it will heal; for ulcerated, painful sores, clean with licorice decoction, mix with pig spinal cord, and apply. For sores that fail to form new skin, apply dry powder to promote healing. Also effective for severe pain from vaginal erosion in women or post-marital injury. For severe pain from scalds or burns, mix with Jade Red Ointment before application.
【Indications】Severe skin damage and ulceration due to syphilis, unbearable pain; sores with full granulation tissue but unable to form new skin; scalds or burns causing skin and flesh damage with persistent pain. |
