【Source】Lu Xin Jing, Vol. Upper.
【Composition】Fu Zi, Gan Jiang, Gan Cao (roasted, chopped) each 15g; Bai Zhu 30g
【Usage】Grind into powder. Take on empty stomach with rice broth, 1.5g per dose.
【Function】Warm spleen, stop diarrhea.
【Indications】Childhood spleen-stomach deficiency-cold, persistent watery diarrhea, inability to digest milk, frequent vomiting after feeding.
【禁忌】Avoid fresh fish and toxic substances during medication.
【Discussion】This formula is derived from Si Ni Tang with added Bai Zhu. Bai Zhu strongly strengthens spleen and promotes dampness transformation; Fu Zi and Gan Jiang warm yang and expel cold; Gan Cao harmonizes all herbs. Together, they achieve warming yang, strengthening spleen, eliminating dampness, and stopping diarrhea. |
