Place the empty jar inside the bowl, cover with tile so edges align evenly to prevent ash from falling into the bowl. Cover the jar with medicine with live charcoal fire, ensuring no gaps. After burning for about three incense sticks, extinguish fire, let cool completely before opening. Approximately 30 grams obtained. During calcination, if green smoke appears, immediately use a brush dipped in salt-clay paste to seal the jar. Use a small amount each time (0.15 grams for large sores, 0.03–0.06 grams for small sores), mix with water and apply directly to the sore, or make into medicated thread inserted into the wound.
