Ang Akupuntura para sa Sakit sa Lumbago

Lumbago ay isang pangkaraniwang klinikal na sintomas dulot ng pinsala sa buto at tissue sa likod dahil sa iba't ibang dahilan, na may pangunahing sintomas na sakit sa likod at limitado na galaw.

1. Cold-Damp Lumbago
【Diagnostic Criteria】Heavy and aching back pain, extending to the buttocks, limited movement, worsened during rainy weather; white greasy coating, deep slow pulse.
【Prescription】Mingmen (GV4), Dachangshu (BL25), Yinlingquan (SP9), Weizhong (BL40)
2. Damp-Heat Lumbago
【Diagnostic Criteria】Back pain with burning sensation, worse in hot or rainy weather, may improve with activity, short red urine; yellow greasy coating, moist rapid or stringy rapid pulse.
【Prescription】Yinlingquan (SP9), Sanyinjiao (SP6), Weizhong (BL40)
3. Blood Stasis Lumbago
【Diagnostic Criteria】History of trauma to the lower back, sharp stabbing pain, fixed location, painful upon pressure, worse at night, limited movement; purple dark tongue or with ecchymosis, deep sluggish pulse.
【Prescription】Mingmen (GV4), Weizhong (BL40), Geshu (BL17), Xuehai (SP10)
4. Kidney Deficiency Lumbago
【Diagnostic Criteria】Aching and soft back pain, prefers rubbing and pressing, recurrent episodes, worsened by fatigue, weak knees, yang deficiency presents with cold hands and feet, cold pain in lower back and abdomen, lack of energy, weak pulse; yin deficiency presents with five palms hot, dry mouth and throat, insomnia, forgetfulness, tinnitus, tender red tongue, fine stringy rapid pulse.
【Prescription】Shenshu (BL23), Taixi (KI3), Yaoyangguan (GV3), Weizhong (BL40)
Kidney Yang Deficiency: Guanyuan (CV4), Qihai (CV6)
Kidney Yin Deficiency: Juegu (GB39), Zhaohai (KI6)
Other Therapies:
Auricular Acupressure: Lumbar vertebrae, sacral vertebrae, kidney, Shenmen
Head Acupuncture: Points: Lower limb sensory area, foot motor area. Method: Insert 1.5-inch filiform needle subcutaneously, rotate for 1–2 minutes, then apply electroacupuncture. Instruct patient to move the lower back during treatment.
