【Diagnosis】Kidney qi deficiency, water-dampness overflow, spleen dysfunction.
【Treatment】Tonify the kidneys and strengthen the spleen, transform dampness and reduce swelling.
【Formula Name】Yi Shen Jian Pi Tang (Kidney-Tonifying and Spleen-Strengthening Decoction).
【Composition】Huang Qi 12g, Dang Shen 9g, Chao Bai Zhu 9g, Chao Shan Yao 9g, Gan Cao 4g, Fu Ling 9g, Shi Wei 9g, Ye Shan Zha 9g, Dan Shen 9g, Zhi Yu Rou 9g.
【Usage】Decoct and take orally, 1 dose daily, taken twice a day. One course lasts 10 days.

【Composition】Huang Qi 30g, Dang Shen 30g, Shan Yao 30g, Gou Qi 30g, Shan Yu Rou 15g, Yin Yang Huo 15g, Bai Hua She She Cao 30g, Ban Zhi Lian 30g, Ze Xie 30g, Yi Mi Gen 30g, Huang Bai 9g, Yi Mu Cao 30g, Hong Hua 6g, Zhi Gan Cao 9g, Gan Chan 6g.
【Usage】Decoct and take orally, 1 dose daily, taken three times a day.

【Composition】Huang Qi 30–50g, Ba Ji Rou 15g, Huang Bai 15g, Hei Dou Dou 15–30g, Da Zao 5–10 pieces, Mu Li 30–50g, Tu Fu Ling 20–30g, Ze Xie 15–20g.
【Usage】Decoct and take orally, 1 dose daily, taken twice a day.
