[Drug Composition] Shengjin Cao, Tougu Cao, Du Zhong, Sangjisheng, Chi Shao, Hai Dai, Luo De Da each 15g, Zhuidi Feng, Qian Nian Jian, Fang Ji, Qin Jiao, Fu Ling, Huang Qi, Dang Shen, Bai Zhu, Chen Pi, Fo Shou, Niu Xi, Hong Hua, Chuan Xiong, Dang Gui each 9g, Gou Qi Zi 6g, Xi Xin, Gan Cao each 3g
[Function and Indication] Tonify kidney and spleen, activate blood, regulate qi, dispel wind and dampness. Treat osteophyte condition.

[Drug Composition] Xi Xin 12g, Wugong 10g, Ru Xiang 20g, Mo Yao 20g, Hong Hua 12g, Gui Zhi 20g, Zhang Nao 100g
[Function and Indication] Warm meridians, activate blood, relieve pain; treat osteophyte.
[Dosage and Administration] Take 30g Weilingxian, 10g Hong Hua, 30g Ru Xiang, 30g Mo Yao, 30g Xue Jie, 30g Black Pepper. Grind into fine powder, sieve and keep ready. Based on affected area, take 5–7g powder, mix with vinegar-soaked wine into paste, apply to affected site, cover with plastic film, secure with tape, finally wrap with bandage. Apply once daily, 3 hours per session, ten sessions constitute one course. Contraindicated for skin diseases, allergic constitution, and pregnant women. Local redness, itching, heat after application are normal; if severe, wipe with diluted salt water or shorten application time.
[Preparation Method] Place Xixin, Wugong, etc., seven herbs in container, add 2000ml 50-degree white wine, soak for one month, filter to obtain juice. From this, take 200ml and mix with 100ml vinegar, blend well, store in bottle.

Qianggu Ling
[Drug Composition] Shu Di, Gu Sui Bu each 30g, Yin Yang Huo, Rou Cong Rong, Lu Xian Cao, Ji Xue Teng, Lai Fu Zi, Yan Hu Suo each 20g
[Function and Indication] Unblock meridians, activate blood, strengthen bones, regulate qi, relieve pain. Treat osteophyte-related knee pain.
[Dosage and Administration] Oral, 10ml each time, twice daily. Continue for two to four courses, each course lasting 15 days.
[Preparation Method] Cut the above herbs into small pieces, add appropriate amount of white wine, seal and soak, stir once or twice daily for the first week, then once weekly thereafter, soak for 30 days.
