Indicated for uterine endometriosis with liver Qi stagnation. 【Prescription Composition】 San Leng 9 grams, E Zhu 9 grams, Zao Jiao Ci 9 grams, Prepared Xiang Fu 9 grams, Chai Hu 9 grams, Dang Gui 9 grams, Pu Huang 12 grams, Wu Ling Zhi 12 grams, Yi Wei Fen (wrapped) 6 grams (Earthworm, Mosquito Fly, Silkworm, Centipede, Water Leech, each 1.2 grams, ground into powder for storage), decocted in water for oral use. 【Symptom-based Adjustments】 For Qi deficiency with blood stasis: remove Chai Hu, Xiang Fu; add Dang Shen 12 grams, Fried Mi Huang Qi 12 grams, Fried Sheng Ma 9 grams; for aversion to cold: add Gui Zhi 6–9 grams; for vaginal bleeding: add Chuan Jiao 3 grams; for constipation: increase Da Huang 3–6 grams; for heavy menstrual flow: remove San Leng, E Zhu before menstruation, add Zi Dan Shen 12 grams, Liu Ji Nu 12 grams. Some patients may also receive intravenous infusion of Danshen injection. 【Clinical Efficacy】 Among 156 patients, 89 showed marked improvement (57.05%); 39 effective (25%); 28 ineffective (including recurrence, 17.95%).
