Purple Cloud Ointment

【Composition】Pure pine resin (finely ground) 500 grams, verdigris (finely ground) 60 grams
【Usage】Use 120 grams of hemp oil, heat in copper pot until boiling several times, until droplets do not disperse in water, then add pine resin and melt completely, next add verdigris, cook until white smoke nearly disappears and ointment is ready. After cooling slightly, pour into ceramic jar. When using, warm in hot water, spread immediately and apply.
【Indications】Lymph node tuberculosis, stubborn sores, leg ulcers, new or old wounds with persistent pain.
Comment: The original text states: “For early-stage lymph node tuberculosis that has not yet formed, applying this ointment will cause it to disappear naturally; for already-formed but unruptured ones, it will rupture naturally; for ruptured ones with residual hard mass, it will fall off naturally.” |
