Huanglian Yanggan Wan

【Composition】Huanglian, Huangbai, Longdancao each 600 grams, Cao Jueming, Shi Jueming (raw), Mi Menghua, Qingpi (stir-fried), Chaihu, Muzei, Hu Huanglian, Huangqin, Ye Mingsha, Congwei Zi each 1.2 kilograms, fresh sheep liver 5 kilograms (cooked, soaked with broth)
【Usage】Mix all herbs into coarse powder. Thread the cooked sheep liver, dry under sun or oven, grind into fine powder, sieve, mix with honey to form pills, each weighing 9 grams. Take 1 pill twice daily with warm water.
【Function】Clear liver and improve vision.
【Indications】Liver deficiency with excessive fire, blurred vision, photophobia, pterygium.
【Contraindications】Avoid spicy foods during medication. |
