【Composition】Gastrodia 10g, Pearl Mother 30g, Raw White Peony Root 30g, Raw Licorice 15g, Kudzu Root 12g, Danshen 20g, Uncaria 15g, Honeysuckle Vine 20g, Mulberry Branch 10g, Gentiana 12g, Silkworm Pupa 10g, Rhizoma Curcuma 10g.
【Usage】Decoct in water, take once daily, three times a day.

【Usage】Decoct in water, take once daily.

【Diagnosis】Meridian obstruction, poor blood circulation, marrow deficiency, internal liver wind, upward disturbance of wind-fire.
【Treatment】Calming liver and relieving vertigo, relaxing neck and awakening brain.
【Formula Name】Dingxuan Tang.
【Composition】Gastrodia 9g, Pinellia 9g, Whole Scorpion 9g, Silkworm Pupa 9g, White Peony Root 24g, Night-blooming Cereus 24g, Uncaria 24g (add later), Poria 15g, Danshen 30g.
【Usage】Decoct in water, take once daily, two to three times a day. One course lasts 15 days.

【Usage】Decoct in water, take once daily, twice a day.
