【Diagnosis】External wind-heat invasion with internal food stagnation.
【Treatment】Dispel wind and clear exterior, clear heat and eliminate food stagnation.
【Formula Name】Remove Wind-Cold.
【Composition】Honeysuckle 6g, Uncaria 6g, Mentha 6g, Forsythia 6g, Cicada slough 3g, Stir-fried radish seed 5g, Licorice 2g.
【Usage】This is the dosage for infants under 1 year old; reduce by half if less than 1 month old; double the dose for children above 2 years. Add 120ml water, decoct to 60ml, divide into 3 doses, taken once daily. Can also be ground into fine powder, 3–6g per dose, dissolved in warm water.

【Formula Name】Clear and Promote Stagnation Decoction.
【Composition】Raw gypsum 15–60g, Gypsum powder 9–15g, Artemisia 9–18g, White peony 31g, Mulberry leaf 9–12g, Red peony root 6–9g, Bupleurum 6–9g, Schizonepeta 9g, Coptis 3–6g, Hawthorn 9–15g, Jianqu 9–15g, Areca 6–9g, Isatis root 15–31g.
【Usage】Decoct and drink once daily, simmer gently for 5–10 minutes after boiling, strain and take the juice. Adjust dosage based on child’s age, take frequently in small amounts. Older children may drink as tea, without time limit. Avoid going outside after taking medicine; rest and induce mild sweating.

【Composition】Raw gypsum 10–25g (decoct first), Anemarrhena 6–10g, Artemisia 10–15g, Licorice 3–5g.
【Usage】Decoct and sip frequently, once daily.

【Treatment】Release exterior, resolve dampness, clear heat, harmonize center.
【Formula Name】Xinjia Zhengqi Decoction.
【Composition】Perilla leaf 10g, Agastache 10g, Forsythia 15g, Mentha 5g, Angelica 10g, Coptis 10g, Scutellaria 10g, Licorice 5g.
【Usage】Decoct and take once daily, decoct to 150ml; for children under 1 year old, give 20ml per dose; 2 years old, 30ml; 3 years old, 40ml; repeat every 2 hours, 4 times daily; for children above 3 years, 150ml divided into 3 doses.
