Five Toxins Wine
[Drug Composition] 6g each of cantharides, red lady, camphor, 6 pieces each of scorpion, centipede
[Function & Indication] Neurodermatitis, dry psoriasis.
[Usage & Dosage] Protect healthy skin around lesion. Apply 2–3 times daily with cotton swab or brush. After 24 hours, local blisters may appear. If no blister forms, continue application.
[Preparation Method] Mix five drugs, soak in 60% ethanol or white wine, submerge completely, store for two weeks, then filter and keep.
[Caution] ① Protect surrounding healthy skin during application; if spilled, wipe immediately. ② Avoid scratching to prevent infection; if excessive exudation, apply purple medicine. ③ For extensive or multiple lesions, treat in stages; do not exceed three areas per session. ④ Not suitable for ulcers, erosion, infection, or exudation. ⑤ Toxic; do not ingest. ⑥ Store sealed; prolonged storage or low concentration reduces efficacy.

Cantharides Wine
[Drug Composition] 2g cantharides, 100ml 65° white wine
[Function & Indication] Neurodermatitis.
[Usage & Dosage] Lightly apply to affected area, once or twice daily.
[Preparation Method] Soak for seven days, filter clear liquid for use.

Note: Cantharides wine has excellent anti-itch effect, breaks the vicious cycle of itching, restores normal cerebral cortex function, and eliminates skin irritation caused by itching. Its erythematous effect accelerates local blood circulation and metabolism, improves local nutrition, and helps absorb hyperkeratotic tissue.
Cantharides Green Peel Wine — Formerly known as "Cantharides Wine"
[Drug Composition] 30 cantharides, 6g green peel, 250ml white wine
[Function & Indication] Psoriasis.
[Usage & Dosage] Dip cotton swab into this wine, repeatedly apply to psoriatic area until warmth, pain, and itching occur, followed by blister formation. Then puncture the blister, wash off dead skin with clean water. If difficult to remove, reapply wine 2–3 times until peeling completes.
[Preparation Method] Place all ingredients in bottle, soak for 2–7 days.

Five Snake Wine
[Drug Composition] 2.5kg Qishé, 2.5kg golden ring snake, 5kg silver ring snake, 10kg black-banded snake, 5kg eye-glass snake, 5kg wood foxglove, 12.5kg wild amaranth, 5kg seven-leaf vine, 2.5kg nandina vine, 5kg chicken blood vine, 5kg serissa herb, 5kg kidney-piercing herb
[Function & Indication] Expel wind, relieve itching, unblock channels, moisturize skin. Used for psoriasis.
[Usage & Dosage] Oral: 9–15g each time, twice or thrice daily, before or after meals. Non-drinkers may dilute with lukewarm water. External: 2–3 times daily. Use small cotton soaked in snake wine, apply to most severe area, cover with plastic or paper, secure with bandage. After 3–5 nights, noticeable color change occurs, no more flaking.
[Preparation Method] Clean, dry, and chop herbs, place in container with 250L of 75° pure grain wine, seal, soak for one year before use.

Psoriasis No. 1 Wine
[Drug Composition] 0.5kg white agaric, 0.5kg soil hibiscus bark, 0.5kg areca nut, 0.5kg raw curcuma, 0.5kg Sichuan pepper, 0.25kg large maple seed, 2 liang of cantharides (wing removed, legs removed), salicylic acid, benzoic acid
[Function & Indication] Soften hardness, disperse nodules, kill parasites, relieve itching. Used for psoriasis, also for neurodermatitis and hand-foot fungus.
[Usage & Dosage] External application only.
[Preparation Method] Crush white agaric, soil hibiscus bark, areca nut, raw curcuma, Sichuan pepper separately, place in percolator (fine powder on top, coarse below). Mix crushed cantharides with large maple seed into paste, place on top layer, add special wooden perforated plate. Then add white wine or 60%–75% ethanol above level by several cm, seal, soak for 5–7 days, percolate. Total 15L of wine or ethanol used. Finally, add 5% salicylic acid and 10% benzoic acid proportionally, stir until dissolved.
[Caution] Avoid during acute phase.

Itch-Relief Wine
[Drug Composition] 150g white peony root, 150g soil pungent, 150g ginseng, appropriate amount of white wine
[Function & Indication] Remove dampness, kill parasites, relieve itching. Used for neurodermatitis and psoriasis.
[Usage & Dosage] External use, apply to affected area.
[Preparation Method] Crush herbs into coarse powder, add appropriate amount of white wine. Place in covered container, soak for 7–14 days, filter, press residue, combine filtrate and extract, let stand 24 hours, filter, add white wine to make up to 1000ml.

Cure Psoriasis Wine
[Drug Composition] 50g each of kushen seeds, soil hibiscus bark, Sichuan pepper, camphor tree, mu tong, white agaric, ginger, baibu, fangba, areca nut
[Function & Indication] Treat all types of fungal sores, regardless of dry/wet, new/old. For skin thickening, spreading itch, unpredictable movement.
[Usage & Dosage] Apply with brush, twice daily until cured.
[Preparation Method] Soak herbs in sorghum wine.
