【Formula Name】Bai Mai An Shen Yin (Hundred Wheat Calming Spirit Drink).
【Composition】Lily 30g, coix seed 30g, lotus seed 15g, night-blooming jasmine vine 15g, jujube 10g, licorice 6g.
【Usage】Soak the above herbs in cold water for half an hour, add water to 500ml, boil for 20 minutes, filter the liquid, store in a thermos. Drink freely whenever thirsty.

【Usage】Decoct and take orally, one dose daily, taken twice daily.
