Secret Formula for Uterine Prolapse in Women

Uterine prolapse in women refers to the uterus protruding beyond the vaginal opening. The primary causes are Qi deficiency sinking downward and stomach deficiency failing to hold, resulting in damage to the uterine network, unable to lift and support the uterus. [Formula One] Lotus seeds 250 grams, pig stomach 1 piece, appropriate amount of yellow wine. Wash lotus seeds, soak in cold water for half an hour, set aside. Rinse pig stomach thoroughly inside and out with cold water, rub inner walls repeatedly with fine salt, then rinse clean. Make a cut on the stomach, insert lotus seeds into the cavity, sew the opening shut with thread, tie both ends securely. Place the stomach in a clay pot, cover with cold water, bring to boil over high heat, add 2 spoons of yellow wine, then simmer slowly for 3–4 hours. If water runs low, add more. Continue until the stomach becomes tender. When eating, cut open the stomach, remove thread, extract lotus seeds, dry them, grind into powder, take three times daily, one spoonful each time, swallowed with hot water. Lotus seeds can also be added with sugar as a snack. The stomach can be eaten with soy sauce as a side dish, or sliced and added to soup, mixed with half a teaspoon of salt, cooked briefly, and consumed with broth. This formula is effective for mild uterine prolapse due to Qi deficiency in women. [Formula Two] Select a plump goat. After disinfecting the tip of the ear, draw several drops of blood, mix with warm water, and swallow once daily. Some people have recovered after only two doses. Suitable for uterine prolapse caused by Qi deficiency. [Formula Three] Fresh lotus leaves 5 pieces, black dates 250 grams, pork lard and yellow wine in appropriate amounts. Wash lotus leaves, cut each into 10–12 small squares, set aside. Soak black dates in warm water for half an hour, wash, drain, mix with 3 spoons of yellow wine. Wrap each date in a square of lotus leaf, apply a thin layer of melted pork lard on the surface, wrap tightly without loosening. Place wrapped dates in a porcelain bowl, steam over high heat for 2–3 hours, cover the bowl to prevent steam from entering. Take several pieces each time, reheat on rice, eat twice daily, 4–6 pieces each time. This formula is effective when regularly consumed for uterine prolapse due to spleen deficiency sinking downward. [Formula Four] Sheng Ma 15 grams, Hei Zhi Ma 100 grams, pig large intestine 1 section (30 cm long), seasonings in appropriate amounts. Place Sheng Ma and Hei Zhi Ma inside the cleaned intestine, tie both ends tightly, place in a clay pot, add scallions, ginger, salt, yellow wine, and sufficient water, simmer gently for 3 hours until the intestine is fully cooked. Suitable for uterine prolapse due to Qi deficiency. [Formula Five] Jin Ying Gen 60 grams, hen (about 500 grams). Kill the chicken, remove feathers, head, feet, and internal organs, wash clean. Wash Jin Ying Gen, chop finely, place inside the chicken’s cavity. Add a little rice wine and sufficient water, place in container, steam over water until cooked. Season and drink the soup, eat the chicken. Suitable for uterine prolapse due to kidney deficiency. [Formula Six] Fresh lychee (with kernel), aged rice wine each 1000 grams. Soak lychee in wine for one week before drinking, adjust intake according to personal tolerance, drink twice daily, morning and evening. Suitable for uterine prolapse due to kidney deficiency. [Formula Seven] He Shou Wu 30 grams, female chicken weighing about 500 grams. After killing the chicken, remove feathers and intestines, wrap He Shou Wu powder (using 2–3 layers of gauze to prevent leakage) in the chicken’s cavity, add water, cook until meat separates from bone. Remove the gauze bag, add salt, oil, ginger, and wine for seasoning, drink the soup and eat the chicken, consume within one day in two portions.
